Welcome to the website of AvMeteo. AvMeteo is a small software that downloads METAR, Short TAF, TAF and SPECI messages, as well as Doppler Radar images (for the US only) from NOAA. Animated satellite images are shown on AccuWeather's website. The latest stable release of AvMeteo is version 1.1.7, released in August 2007.

AvMeteo?

AvMeteo stands for Aviation Meteorology. This software was written for virtual ATCs and pilots so that they can get accurate weather reports very quickly and easily! The concept of the software is to use simple commands, such as "metar KJFK", to download the most recent weather reports. Go ahead and download AvMeteo v1.1.7 to get the most recent aviation meteorology weather data!

This software requires .NET Framework 2.0 to work properly!
